Look at the bright side. The bbq was probably not nearly as good as it smelled, and your bbq eating co-workers are probably home this weekend suffering from intestinal irregularity.

The things that smell the best are often the ones you should stay away from. Popcorn...and definitely fried aardvark.

Oh, the smell of pizza makes me drool. I've never met a pizza I didn't like.

We had BBQ last nite for dinner...yum! Office smells are the worst for my diet. I'm always wanting to have a little "taste." BTW, please don't forget Sx3 today. We're celebrating Cinco de Mayo with a Tex-Mex cookbook giveaway!

It's a rare thing for someone in my office to eat anything that smells good. What's up with that?

Oh, and btw stop by - I have an award for you! :D

I used to eat lunch at my desk while I did my work. Now I make sure I take my full hour in the lunchroom.

I notice that the people in my office have the strangest lunches, one woman eats a plate of grass everyday! At least it doesn't smell.

Tasty smells always trigger crazy craving for me. Craving that are very specific and won't go away. So many times I have wished my sense of smell had an off switch. For good smell combat, as well as for bad smell avoidance...

What kind of person passes up a BBQ for lunch? ;op

Popcorn gets me every time.

Anyone who doesn't share the popcorn is looking for payback.

blognut - supposedly it was dry. But my coworkers are lying liars.

Sass - what if the fried aardvark comes with curly fries?

Beth - pizza's a tough one to stay away from for sure.

Melissa B. - I hate office food. It should be outlawed. Nobody ever brings in a big salad for the break room!

S~DLT - I think I'd rather work in your office with the bad smells. Thanks for the award, will stop by!

The Wife O Riley - I always eat at my desk. At least that way I can close the door. The lunchroom is even more terrifying somehow.

Snarky A. - You remind me of a post I've been meaning to do. Look for it later this week perhaps.

Mo - THIS kind of person! The kind that already packed a lunch, didn't want social time with coworkers, and wanted calories preserved for wings and pizza that night!

TMC - popcorn is so dangerous. Do it right, everyone hates you because they want some. Do it wrong, everyone hates you because you fouled up the office with burnt smells.

Comedy Goddess - for sure. Slashed tires are NOT overkill in this situation.

Are we to assume that the strike through fried aardvark meant you were belatedly offered some?

Mmmmm... bbq... it's a food group of its own in Texas.

Bbq always smells better than it tastes, though... unlike pizza. Or popcorn. Crap, now I'm hungry.

Agh, burned popcorn can ruin an office!

Chips (as in fries) are my weakness. Most other things don't bother me. Although, if I don't have something else to eat while I smell the stuff then a lot more things will bother me. But I can, for example, eat a salad while someone else has pizza. But if someone else has chips and I don't... That's different.
